One of these boys turned 7. My bet is on the one with the mustache.
Somewhere in the chaos of moving house, Thanksgiving and fall break, my boys had their birthday again. Actually, this year it fell on American Thanksgiving, but Dave was in Paris.
Dave's parents were visiting a couple of weeks before the big day, so we got a Tropezienne and celebrated one night. Carter loved the "cake," but was confused by the candles. He's not very good at math, you see. ;)

Carter is really growing up. It doesn't seem so long ago that he was a baby, and he got his first haircut.
Now he's busy losing teeth and making pottery at art class and getting his mouth washed out with soap. He's still our Carkie, the human wrecking ball.

He is currently obsessed with stuffed animals/figures, and has quite the collection of Mario Brothers "dolls". He makes up stories and scenes for hours when he doesn't have school.

He still wanders off and gives me panic attacks regularly, but he is also still my cuddly boy.

I sure love November 22.
